Terms and Conditions – Squarefut

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Squarefut mobile application (the “App”) operated by Squarefut (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using Squarefut, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Squarefut provides a platform for users to list, browse, and connect regarding real estate properties.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Use the App for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Property Listings
Users can post property listings on Squarefut.
By posting content, you agree that:
- You have the legal right to list the property
- The information provided is accurate and not misleading
- Images and content do not violate any third-party rights
We do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of listings and are not responsible for user-posted content.
4. Payments and Transactions
Squarefut may offer paid services such as featured listings or promotions.
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- We are not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers
- Users must independently verify property details before making decisions
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including logos, design, text, and software, is the property of Squarefut or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may use or link to third-party services (such as Firebase or analytics tools).
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Squarefut is a platform provider only.
We are not responsible for:
- Any disputes between users
- Losses arising from property transactions
- Accuracy of listings or user content
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
